Warsaw, KY, April 24, 2023 – Gallatin Nursing and Rehab announced that Pinnacle Quality Insight presented them with a 2023 Customer Experience Award, with honors in the Admission Process, Communication, Dignity and Respect, Dining Service, Overall Customer Experience, Quality of Food, Recommend to Others, and Response to Problems. Qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award means that Gallatin Nursing and Rehab has placed in the top 15% of care providers nationwide across a 12-month average.

Throughout 2022, Gallatin Nursing and Rehab residents and/or their families participated in monthly telephone interviews where they answered open-ended questions and rated Gallatin Nursing and Rehab in multiple categories.
